Who we are

PsychicSearch.net is operated by Marilyn Rivera, based in the United States.

Mailing address: 1235 Pennsylvania Ave SE, Washington, DC 20003, USA. Privacy requests: [email protected].

Contact messages

Contact messages are received in Gmail. Marilyn Rivera is the only person at PsychicSearch with access to that inbox. Messages are deleted after one month. For a question about a specific message or to request deletion, contact the privacy email above.

Comments

Comments are enabled and stored in WordPress. Comments and their associated metadata are retained indefinitely unless removed in response to a deletion request or moderation decision. Marilyn Rivera is the only person with administrative access to comments. Approved comments may be visible publicly; do not include private information you do not want published.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: Automattic privacy policy. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Google AdSense advertising

PsychicSearch earns advertising revenue through Google AdSense, not commissions from reader links.

Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, identifiers, web beacons and IP addresses to deliver and measure advertising. Depending on the ad settings and your choices, advertising may reflect visits to this website or other websites.

Read how Google uses information from websites using its services and Google’s Privacy Policy. Manage personalized advertising through My Ad Center or review additional choices at YourAdChoices. Browser settings can also restrict or remove cookies.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Retention and deletion

Contact messages in Gmail are deleted after one month. WordPress comments are kept indefinitely. You can request deletion using the privacy contact below.

For information about the retention of a message or comment, or to request its deletion, contact [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the relevant interaction without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.

What rights you have over your data

If you have sent a website message or left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
